Saturday Bootcamp 14 Sep 19 - What an Inspiring Crew!

Today’s BODY BY DAN Bootcamp at Tomfit Gym was another winner with some new and some returning faces. Again, what a great way to start the weekend: first, have a gentle sleep in, enjoy coffee, breakfast, then, at 11 am show up at DAN’s Bootcamp, meet some new people, try a few new exercises, curse the wall balls, curse the air bike, curse the suspension band rows, enjoy a stretch and leave happy to the weekend feeling amazing about yourself for making the effort to hit the gym on a Saturday morning.

I certainly could not feel more full-filled than spending this hour with a bunch of people who just show up and work hard, even though they don’t know most of the others in this group, simply wanting to make this a healthy happy Saturday!

Saturday Boot-Camp 31 Aug 19 - Tomfit Gym

Today’s first BODY BY DAN NZ boot-camp at Tomfit Gym was a great success with some Tomfit members as well as some non-members. The group trained from 11.00 am for a full hour with great effort leaving nothing left in the tank and starting the weekend with a feeling of true accomplishment.
