Julia’s bootcamp is the highlight of my training week! The session pushes me beyond what I always think I can do and I finish pumped and already looking forward to the next one. The class is well put together and Julia encourages everyone to challenge themselves but her program is created so that all fitness levels can do it and enjoy! If you want a trainer who gives you 150% no matter what your goal may be, then you cannot go better than training with Julia. She repeatedly kicks my butt with new workouts and keeps it interesting every week. Massive thank you!

JK is a truly excellent trainer. She is the perfect combination of tough (you are KILLING me!) and warm and encouraging. She knows just how and when to encourage and when to push, though never too much, and always seems to know what I’m capable off (even though I don’t). She also opened my eyes to how important the right nutrition is. Julia works with the whole person - mentally, emotionally and physically. Because of her work, I am stronger, more flexible, I have better balance and most importantly, working out has become fun. No two workouts are the same. Who would have thought that I actually enjoy challenges nowadays?
