Saturday Boot-Camp 31 Aug 19 - Tomfit Gym

Today’s first BODY BY DAN NZ boot-camp at Tomfit Gym was a great success with some Tomfit members as well as some non-members. The group trained from 11.00 am for a full hour with great effort leaving nothing left in the tank and starting the weekend with a feeling of true accomplishment.

The session consisted of an ‘8 minute - madness’ warm up with a variety of exercises to be ticked off in random order, followed by a 20 minute strengthening part focusing on glutes, hamstrings, core and shoulders. The conditioning piece was a 3 round workout with 3 stations, 60 seconds work - 60 seconds rest for a duration of 18 minutes. training the full body.

Thanks everyone for coming along, Mira, Camille, Deirdre, Sarah and Petra, it was a pleasure training you and we sure had some fun along the way! I was most impressed with your focus and effort throughout the session.

Next week is likely to be double size of today’s group and I can’t wait to see you all again next Saturday at 11.00 am, let’s smash it together!!
